SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed; however, the time it takes for things to arrive varies depending on the shipping location.

We ship with Australia Post!

Extra care is taken to package and safeguard your items before shipping your order. However, breakages may occur during shipping. Because this is beyond our control, The Nutcracker Emporium will not be held accountable for any damages incurred in transit. This is between the delivery company and the consumer.  If an item is broken as a result of postage of shipment, please lodge a claim with Australia Post directly for compensation.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

We offer $8.50 flat rate shipping for orders up to $100. For orders over $100, we ship for free!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​

The size and weight of the merchandise affect the shipping rates internationally but we do offer a flat rate to our international customers which is dependent on the total weight of your order. We offer a $24 flat rate for purchases weighing up to 10 kg. For purchases weighing between 10 kg and 20 kg, we offer a flat rate of $39. For orders over $500, we ship for free!

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind. We will only accept returns that are accompanied by your original transaction receipt and mailed to our warehouse.

If you receive damaged products due to a manufacturer fault, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please send us photos of the item, and once we have assessed, we will happily exchange your item. We will provide you with the delivery return address once you contact us.
